It's finished! It's done. It took a little longer than I thought, probably around four hours for the actual painting, another couple for the penciling and gridding. The grid, incidentally, is red cotton taped to the door, since I didn't trust pencil to rub out.
The paint dripped twice, once where I managed to turn it into another bit of trailing shirt, and another time next to the top of the boot on the ground, where I had to paint over it with purple. It doesn't show too bad. He does look spooky standing there, especially with the door open.  Johnny the Homicidal Maniac belongs to Jhonen Vasquez. |
