Dead Wood

So there's far too much stuff in my gallery, and I'm not proud of a bunch of it, it being from all the way back in foundation year and beyond, phew. I want to do a major edit, but I feel a bit bad for all the people who have been kind enough to favorite the pieces I have my eye on for deletion. What should I do?

a) go for it! *chainsaw noises*
b) move things to Scraps instead of deleting them for good (except then they're still hanging about like... albatrosses
c) make a new dA account for the 'new school' i.e, the better more serious art of late (PSYCHONAUTS MEME LAWL)
d) 42.

any opinions or advice are appreciated!

also WHOAH it's my birthday on the 20th, what the heck happened to the year?!

I'd move them to scraps. Otherwise you run the risk of having to tell people which ones you're deleting, which would take lots of time, sorting through their reactions, sending people the files they want to keep, etc etc. Put in scraps and let DA keep them. It's not your space they're taking up. :)

It's really up to you, if you want to delete them... do it. If you want to scrap them, do that. Aslong as you promise to keep uploadin' things.

I think B is the best idea. Making a new account might be troublesome if you wanted to track the comments and faves on old things here (although maybe you don't, that's part of why you're thinking of this?) and maybe eventually it'll be fun for you to be able to track your improvement on one account. I don't know. :0

A :chainsaw: :) its your work, if youre not proud of it or you just don't like it anymore, thats your perogative. You should just delete it. people with it as faves can build a bridge I reckon. Ive done it a couple of times with no problems.
